Aditya Singh
- Mr. Singh did his law in the year 2007, from GGSIP University. Further, he has done LL.M. from National Law University, Jodhpur and cleared his Advocate on Record Exam in the year 2014. He has also done Diploma in Cyber Law from ASCL, Pune.
- Mr. Singh, started his practice before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, PMLA Tribunal, NCDRC and District Courts of Delhi & Gurgaon and he has expertise in drafting of Special Leave Petitions, Review Petitions, Transfer Petitions, Writ Petitions, Original Suits, Counter Affidavits, Appeals among other Petitions.
- He was actively involved during the conduct of various cases including Mayawati Statue Matter (Gomti Nagar Vs. State of U.P.), Entry Tax Matters (Jai Prakash Ltd. Vs. - He has been counsel in Constitution matter (Nabam Rabia & others Vs. Deputy Speaker & others.) regarding Arunachal Pradesh political crisis on behalf of various MLAs and the Ex Chief Minister Late Sh. Kalikho Pul.
- Mr. Singh has been on Panel of Union of India for cases before Supreme Court. At present he serving as the Senior panel Counsel for the Union of India and Panel Counsel for the New India Assurance Company before the Delhi High Court. Moreover he is also empaneled with Competition Commission of India and Indraprastha Gas Limited.

- Mr. Singh is Member, Young International Arbitration Group, London Court of International Arbitration, London, United Kingdom; Member, Young ICCA, International Council for Commercial Arbitration, Hague, Netherlands and also Young Member, Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration.
- Mr. Singh represented Clients before Supreme Court in C.A. No. 826/2017 where it was held that a minority institution have the right to appoint a qualified person as Principal ignoring the seniority.
- Mr. Singh has been a part of the competition case between Meru, Ola and Fast Track.
- Mr. Singh rrgued the recent landmark case of P Mohanraj v. Shah Brothers before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and secured a favourable judgment.
- Argued and won the case of AFMS Doctors before the Delhi High Court LPA No. 661/2023.
- He represented Clients before the Supreme Court in Anti-profiteering GST case before the Supreme
Court and secured favorable orders. - He represented a Builder in High Profile 500 Crore Indirect Tax matter before the Supreme Court and secured favourable orders.
- Mr. Singh argued for Accused person in case under Section 302 IPC and got the FIR quashed by the Supreme Court of India.
- Mr. Shubham Singh had argued for Accused person in case under Section 406 IPC and got the FIR quashed by the Supreme Court of India.
- He recently appeared for a Financial Creditor before the NCLT Allahabad and got insolvency proceedings initiated under Section 7 of the IBC, 2016
- Mr. Singh has been also engaged in the field of academics by virtue of serving as Visiting Faculty at St. Thomas Law College, Greater Noida and at Asian Law College, Noida.
